Belvoir Ridge were one of the first farms in the UK to test the new all-pasture production standards (meaning that their livestock are 100% grass-fed).
Demand for their milk and cheese is considerable and they have been featured on television numerous times, been championed by Jamie Oliver and have exhibited internationally.
